I believe five out of four people have trouble with fractions

I must say, this turned out more impressive than I thought. Many improvements since EA, movement speeds are way (!) better than before and all those little changes are very welcome. I am just 3 hours in and got my butt handed 3 times unto me. And that´s good, some of the new / changed encounters are quite challenging. And it runs really stable on my middle-class hardware.
Good job done, let´s hand you over a virtual beer!

Some riddles are easy, some not.
Very good balance, very nice world. Interesting quests, and quite interesting fights, often very challenging.

I play with an Intel GMA (laptop) and the gameplay (movement/animation) is bearable -only- with pixelation effect in use, plus low settings.
I can play a lot of 3D games in my system (i3 core) with about medium settings but MMX doesnt agree with that, even on low settings (and i mean all low)
I feel a vastly improvement can be done here, since a lot of gamers have such cards.
Something unseen adds a lot of load, reducing frame rate to ashes. To increase framerate i must wash the graphics.

Do you plan to add other release channels in the future. For example, I am particularly interested on GOG (which of course is DRM free). I mean, all other M&M titles are already there. I think, that if this game want to respect the M&M legacy it should be there. After all it is a Good Old (school) Game.

+ harder warrior opponents (they should get different skills over adventurer though). shadowdragon was the first monster so far that managed to kill me (level 4). excellent challenge ;-)

- world is too small (pls increase vastly by fairly priced DLCs)
- low gold on warrior (makes no sense to me to punish the hardcore player by limiting loot, pls increase difficulty by more traps, encounter when resting, maybe somewhat randomized skills/spells of enemies etc.)
- no 16:10 mode

When I started warrior diff, I also was low on gold for some time. I could not identify items, I could not buy potions, but I managed... now I have more gold than I could use (well, I don't buy all spells and I nearly never bough equipment from a shop, as drops are generous on unique items... all I need is identify spell)
I never failed in disarming a trap.
Enemies are tough enough, so I feel the pressure.

This was just ugly.
When I visited the lighthouse yesterday the view was outstanding and was really happy about the incredible improvement. (gotta say I have graphics settings on max)





I was disappointed with EAV.
Now I am really happy with these release.
Although I must admit I wanted to prove your view of the game was wrong, so I've created a party with 2 blade dancers and 2 scouts.




















i have the same problem. The Textures are very low, more than in the EA-Version. :-(
All the options are on max. Is this normal?



I had the same problem too, reinstalling fixed it for me.
(I was already able to play MMXL v1.3 on the 22th and this worked fine. But after installing the day 1 patch it broke my game -> reinstalling fixed it (download 8GB a second time -.-))

It works now and looks great ;-)

The not-so-awesome:
- Requires a beefy computer to run; even with my 64-bit system it's very taxing on 'med' graphic settings
- No 'Fly' Spell for Air magic
The awesome:
- Fun to explore the world even after playing early release several times! New monsters, many changes to the environment.
- Good loot distribution, cool items for sale in shops
- Combat is challenging, and well-balanced
- Fun spells

I just can´t find medium armor, shield, dodge and dual wield expert anywhere in Sorpigal or outside (in act I.)
I expected all relevant experts be present there as it is starting location, where you can get probably get to level 10 before you are even able to leave for another town.


Ofc I could ask google for every single filter mode but having the information on a single page (with example pictures) would be really nice.
Especially since the manual does not provide any help here (or I was too blind to find^^).

What is it with Ubisoft, that they always have serverproblems. I also have problems downloading Heroes 6. Sometimes it is 6MB/s, then 0. It is jumping around.

Would be great if they could ifx it. Until then... yeah... so much for my weekend.

There are a lot of people stating that they have the same problem on both official and Steam forums.



So many people wanting this game to be more like VI-VIII, but the combat system on X is soooo much better than the one on those!

I must say, I had really big expectations, cuz i read all updates, played EA etc. But inspite of it, I just had FANTASTIC old-times-spirit-nerdy-break-for-toilet-food-and-back weekend
Design of the game is just brilliant. My top respect to Julien Pirou and rest of the team. I think MMX sell are will be good and we will see MMXI! P.S. sry for bad eng )

Also why is there 64bit requirement (Win7prox64), if game on my Win runs as 32bit app and takes about 2,5GB on highest setting possible? And why are loading time so long? I get quite a few framedrops during it.


The map on this DEVS blog is VIP, I realized it while trying to complete a specific quest for Lord Kilburn :) (which actually denies the myth, that new games don't require Pen&Paper from gamer, or ALt+TAB+Google, which of course doesn't work when there are not walkthroughs yet)



Everyone saying the opposite has a monster of PC, but not everyone has such a PC.
It will help if i say i am a devoted MM fan from MM1 and just stopped playing MMX just for performance?

Performance has to do with low-capability PCs and obviously the game has been developed on monster PCs.
Stop fixing quest bugs and put some performance fixes, quickly.







Ressurection : Master and Word of Power : GM is OK IMO.

The game looked and performed much better for me in the Early Access Version. Whatever you did to "optimize" the graphics just cost me dearly. The game overheats easily and graphical sliders do nothing.

The game is great im having a lot of fun!!!!its my first M&M experience!!
The only thing its the ingame bug
1:my game crash everytime i try to enter the shipwreck just in front of soprigal
2:shadow cloak work when it feels like it lol
3:i have a 1Hand axe user and i found maybe one good axe so far :(
3:Even if i put the music to 0 still have the very annoying combat music..even if im not in Combat
and i have the texture quality issue also :( can a DEV help me plz thx :) good work

- when changing location (or leaving combat) 2 music backgrounds are running... when this continues for more turns, sounds deactivate... and if I don't restart the game, even 3rd music theme can add itself on top of the 2... (so you can here combat theme, dungeon theme and let's say world map: forrest theme..but no sound from walking or hitting enemies)
