One thing different from old M&M is that casting a scroll do cost mana. I found this when my spell casters were dead and the only one survived is knight (still remember he said: I'm still here). So I casted a town-portal scroll and failed and...back to the town...by reincarnation.

I hope there´ll be obelisk puzzle in this game too. As part of reward were highest spells of black/white magic school and some artifacts. Arcomage tournament would be nice too as well!!!
BTW: will there be random loot? Or will be all treasures scripted individually?

I hope that spell like (name in french because i don't know the name in english) intervention divine, balise de lloyd (llyod beacon) , rappel de la ville, implosion, sorcellerie, levite, teleport, super abri, oeil de sorcier (wizard eye), distortion de masse, pierre à la chaire, protection etc... are be there.

They've gotten rid of alchemy and all other miscellaneous skills.

They have confirmed that Arcomage will not be in the game.

I always found scrolls to be useless in the MM games i played, if you had a mage. Are there any scrolls that gives you buffs that you can't get from magic books? Allso as JSEBELA said: Will there be random loot? This was very nice in the previus games. Then you didn't get the same items from the same chest, in every playthrough.

I have two questions:
- Will there be a voice over for NPC speech?
Well I don't think there has to be a voice over for everything they say. If at least the greeting + a few other sentences are spoken, I would be content.
- In the new trailer (looks great so far) it looks like some NPCs in town don't move at all (1.35 min). Is this intentional or just because its a early demo? If NPCs would look like stiff manequins, I think that would be a bad immersion breaker.

As for no arcomage - I remember that, but still hope that it will presented later after release of game either in way of free patch (like CDPRed did with their witcher series) or in form of DLC. Quest connected to this would be pleasant bonus.

In MM6 there was system for mixing potions without any skill. Potions had constant effect like 10 pts for mana/health potions. This became meaningless in later phases of game when to have 10 points in bank of 400+ resulted in almost no difference. Hence the addition of alchemy skill in MM7 allowed making of potions with dynamic power depending on said skill. Thus my questions for the team.
P.S.: Can someone finally fix that automatic logout? It´s really annoying!
